This blog served me well with the training for my first Marathon and who knows, I may come back when I start Marathon Season again. :o) I am still running and keeping up the long runs on the weekends but don't plan on any more marathons until Oct/Nov/Dec 2011.
I've started Yoga and some strength/circuit training and am really excited about this new season in my life! I'm working on maintaining balance and having 3 blogs just isn't cutting it anymore...LOL...so check me out over here! My all in one blog. :o)
